Used the Teaching Family Model in a group home setting to provide treatment and behavior modification to adjudicated juvenile sex offenders. Treatment plan with therapeutic team around strengths, problem behaviors and skill deficits of youth. Reinforced youth’s use of skill through a token economy through positive and negative reinforcement and other behavior modification principles.

Hired and trained Associate Family Teachers in the Teaching Family Model. Managed the administration of the group home, including scheduling, budgeting, and report writing. Worked to develop a team atmosphere with youth, parents, therapists, caseworkers, judges, and other professionals in order to more effectively treat the youth in care.
